- How do I secure a spot?
- Confirm package + send logo + payment.
- Can we sponsor if we’re not exhibiting on the day?
- Yes. If you want the brand exposure (website, lanyards, newsletters, radio for Eruption) but don’t need a stall, you can still sponsor — we’ll list you as a sponsor and keep your exhibition space unused unless you decide to take it.
- What’s included with the exhibition space?
- Each sponsor package includes an exhibition/trade space at the event. You can bring a pop-up banner, table setup, products, flyers, and promo materials. If you need power, extra space, or a specific position, let us know when you enquire.
- When is the deadline to confirm sponsorship?
- Sponsorship is confirmed once we receive payment + your logo + your company infofor the website listing. Eruption Partner is limited to 10 spots, so we recommend booking early to secure premium placement.
